---Raid Experience and Playstyle---
Current Cataclysm Progression: My guild cleared T11 content in good time but fell apart when we started heroics. I then changed guilds and began T12 and we cleared that in good time as well with Rag down by August 3rd, and made it to 6/7 by September 29th. My guild called it quits on Rag heroic though so I transferred to a more successful raiding server named Illidan. I joined the guild Sated and started Dragon Soul we had Madness down by the 2nd week but they decided to do it in a 10 man group to look better on wowprogess because other people in the 25 man group were failing. I wasn't chosen for the 10 man group simply because the other rogue was first in line for the legendary so he was getting clusters. I am currently 8/8 and unfortunately I do not have any heroic kills because Sated fell apart due to poor leadership. I know all of the fights anyway and have attempts on HM Hagara and Morchok.
Vanilla, TBC and Wrath Progression: I was not a hardcore raider during those times, I merely raided for fun but still cleared a lot of content.

With your current talent spec, what do you consider your role on a raid? I am combat spec with a subtlety off-spec. My role is to put out the most possible DPS while maintaining raid awareness and negating the maximum amount of incoming damage without jeopardizing my DPS.
Describe how you maximize your performance, including ranking stats that you look for? I am constantly searching online trying to better my rogue, as well as in game trials. I run my character through shadowcraft and Mr. Robot to ensure I am perfect. I try new things with my rotation to see if I can better my DPS as well as look for boss mechanics that as a rogue I can either avoid or use to my advantage.
