basically i have gotten sick of my old guild failing at 25 man raids that we have more than enough gear for especially when i pull 30%+ of the healing on a fight with 6 or even 7 healers in the raid.(not joking.) i have gotten tired of carrying people and want to move to a guild that is more serious about raiding and progression. from what i have seen on your website tyranny is the type of guild i am looking to join. because you are progressing and raid on an east coast time raiding schedule. (it also helps that you say you need a resto druid)

I noticed that you heal with a fishing poll very interesting.....You might want to log out with your healing weaps equiped.

Saying that pures should beat hybrids by 5% is like saying a penny should be tails 50% of the time. If you flip a penny infinite times, yes, it will be tails half the time. But if you flip the penny three time and don't get any tails, you shouldn't take the penny to the bank and tell them it's broke
